The following rules apply to giveaways/sweepstakes on Just Another Hat. Rules are subject to change, so please check prior to entering giveaways/sweepstakes.
1. All prizes are identified on the giveaway post.
2. Giveaways/Sweepstakes are open to US residents, 18 years old and older unless otherwise specified. Entries are accepted from one person only, regardless of how many email addresses he/she uses. Residents of the same household may enter the same giveaway/sweepstakes.
3. The timeframe for each giveaway/sweepstakes will typically last 14 days unless the prize pack is part of a blog event. In the case that the prize pack is part of a blog event, the timeframe will be noted on the giveaway post.
4. At this time, entries for all giveaways/sweepstakes is through Giveaway Tools. Comments left on the giveaway post will not count as entries into the giveaway/sweepstakes. Optional entries are just that, optional. No purchase necessary to enter.
5. Winners are chosen via www.random.org. Once a winner is chosen, all of the winner's entries are verified. If entries cannot be verified, a new winner will be chosen via www.random.org. Odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received for a specific giveaway/sweepstakes. Winners will be emailed and have 48 hours to respond. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen. Once a winner has been confirmed, the winner's name will be published on the giveaway form and a blog post.
6. In the event that the giveaway entry form is down or is having technical issues, no entries to the giveaway/sweepstakes will be accepted. I will contact the third party application immediately and provide updates on the Facebook fan page and Twitter when the matter is resolved.
7. All giveaways/sweepstakes are void where prohibited.
8. All personal information that entrants and winners provide is for the sole purpose of entering the giveaway/sweepstakes and shipment of prize. I will not sell or provide your information to any company for any purpose.
9. Prize fullfillment is the sole responsibility of the sponsor. If you won and have not received your prize, please email me at justanotherhat at gmail dot com. I will contact the sponsor on your behalf and email you with an update.
