We took Big B and his cousins to watch Disney on Ice: Treasure Trove and everyone enjoyed it. The cast seemed bigger than the last ensemble. The show reflected Disney animated features from the very first to the most recent princess, and so much more. As always, the costumes were fabulous. My favorite parts were the ones during which the characters were mid-air. When I asked my nieces what their favorite part was, they said everything!

Here's a little something about me: I have a hard time swallowing pills. Small pills, I can handle, it's the big horse pills that I have difficulty swallowing. I had to force myself to take prenatal pills during my two pregnancies. I just don't understand why prenatal pills, or any pill, have to be so big. Just the thought of the mere size of the pills makes me freeze up. I literally have to stand over the sink to drink my supplements just in case I have to throw it up. Well, it turns out, I am not alone after all. I met several people a few weeks ago who also had the same issue as me. It seems weird, but knowing that there are others out there who have anxiety swallowing pills made me feel better.
Essential oils have become something quite useful in our household. As I am still new to the whole world of essential oils, everyday is a learning day. So far, I've used essential oils to enhance the flavor of my tea, alleviate itchy bug bites, clean my make-up brushes, and in massage. Lately, I've also used it as a decongestant and temporary pain reliever.

I grew up eating off Corelle® plates. Apparently, my mom was introduced to the brand by my grandmother who started using it since it came to the Philippines in the '70s. My mom said that the reason she loves them is because they are so durable. In fact, she has only lost one or two plates from her set because they are practically unbreakable. I asked her why she only bought white round plates - despite the fact that there is an array of colorful patterns - and she said that designs come and go but white is classic. Good point.
My husband loves peanut butter. Sure enough, the apple does not fall far from the tree. A peanut butter sandwich is one of Big B's favorites. Although I don't get too creative using it, because hey, it can totally stand on it's own, I have used it apart from bread. Imagine my surprise when I was introduced to chocolate flavored peanut butter, or raspberry peanut butter.

My boys love all things water; from a small puddle after the rain to the crashing waves at the beach. Last week, Little B could not get enough of the sprinklers. I can't wait for summer. There are so many parks in OC with water features that I have yet to introduce to him.
